1. About Choubey Silk

Choubey Silk Exports Private Limited is a Varanasi-based supplier, wholesaler and exporter of Banarasi and other silk fabrics. Retail services are also offered through Piyush Silk, and online retail and bulk enquiries may be served through KashiFab.

We aim to keep product, service and business information accurate. Fabric availability, colour, width, composition, price and lead time can change. Website content does not replace specifications, quotations, invoices or samples approved for an order.

3. Natural Fabric Variations

Handloom fabrics may contain small variations in weave, slubs, zari, colour, motif alignment and finish. These reflect the handcrafted process and are not necessarily defects. Screens, photography and lighting can affect perceived colour. Request a physical swatch when colour matching is critical.

4. Quotations and Order Acceptance

An enquiry does not create a binding order. A quotation is valid only for its stated period and may depend on stock, yarn price and production capacity. An order is accepted when specifications, quantity, price, payment, delivery terms and any sample approval are confirmed in writing.

5. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Prices are generally in Indian Rupees unless another currency is agreed. Taxes, shipping, insurance, duties and bank charges may be additional. Payment schedules are specified in the quotation or invoice. Production or dispatch may be held until required payment is received.

6. Minimum Quantities and Custom Orders

Minimum quantities vary by fabric and production method. Custom colours, motifs and exclusive weaves may involve sampling charges and longer lead times. Once approved production begins, custom and bulk orders are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable except for a verified failure to meet agreed specifications.

7. Shipping, Inspection and Returns

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and can be affected by production, carriers and customs. Customers must inspect goods promptly and follow our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable Website Use

You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, interfere with operation, scrape content at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person or use this website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, brand elements, photographs, graphics and designs belong to Choubey Silk Exports Private Limited or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
